ALPHA huh? Well.. it's all about attitude and happiness now isn't it?

I mean its all a projection of how we feel right?

How we feel is really determined by the meaning that we attach to certain people or events in our lives right?

I may say "I am ALPHA hear me roar"... but that just makes me think, how a simple shift in our ALPHA 101 psychology can really change the course of our life. It really can.

And it all comes down to the rules that we place on our ALPHA selves that allow us to be happy. While happiness in many ways is linked to gratitude, it can absolutely transform your life. I guess why gratitude works so well, is because you are focusing on all the things that you do have, of all the accomplishments that you have already achieved, of how you have grown as a person already, that you can then apply that self confidence to any of the your future endeavors.

So if I had any words to say right now to all you ALPHA GIRLS/WOMEN out there.. I would simply say this …

Be happy that your ALPHA self gets to wake up in the morning!

Sometimes having the first word.. or even the last word, or always trying to be the best, and the most efficient can really wear you down. Sometimes it's good to give up those hard ALPHA rules and code you live by to make yourself happy.

YOU CAN STILL BE YOUR ALPHA WOMAN SELF ... but it's time to look at the simple things to make you happy. Like seeing a beautiful flower, like seeing someone smile, and being happy simply because YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO BE!

NOW GO RAISE HELL...
